About Sol Cinema

Sol Cinema is an award winning collective of artists and film makers. They love converting caravans into just about anything, in this case a mobile cinema.

The Sol Cinema was born out of wanting people to enjoy the wealth of short movies being made by independent filmmakers. YouTube may offer distribution but it is not much of an experience. With the Sol Cinema, audiences get to strut down their plush red carpet, enjoy full usherette service and watch a short movie in a 1940’s styled cinema with just 7 other people. The independent filmmakers can  get to say they had constant full houses for their films. It is a Win-Win.
