The Big Reinvention Challenge: Activity Book

A young girl with dark hair and a curious expression observes a small mechanical model with miniature clothing and a washing machine in a brightly lit room.

The Big Reinvention Challenge asked young people aged 7 – 12 years to reinvent things that already exist in the world, using what we already have as a starting point to create something new.

Although the challenge is now closed, you are still welcome to download and enjoy the free resources! The specially designed challenge pack will guide you through the process of inventing in a fun and imaginative format.

Top Tip: Visit the challenge page on the Little Inventors website! It’s packed with everything you need to inspire young people to get inventing, including a PowerPoint presentation, teacher guide, warm-up activities, challenge sheets, and access to challenge submissions.
