Shared Sounds present an interactive theatre experience for very young children 0-4 and their families. ‘Stormy Garden Tales’

Including original music and songs, costumes, flower pot fun, and lots of opportunities to participate.  The show invites the audience to come down to the bottom of the garden and meet some local residents there.  Join in with planting a tiny seed and see what magical plant it grows up into, dodge a stormy downfall and search for the lost hats hidden in the garden!

Created and Performed by The Bureau Shared Sounds EY artists/practitioners Sue Auty, Michiko Fujji, Amy Kirk and Sorrel Harty. Funded by Youth Music

About Shared Sounds

Shared Sounds, is the Early Years community programme at The Bureau started in 2020 with music sessions for under 5s and their families.

These sessions are provided with funding from The National Foundation for Youth Music who have continued to support The Bureau for the last 6 years, enabling them to extend their programme to include a range of music, arts, crafting & making activities, and opportunities for immersive play and exploration.

Weekly sessions take place at the Bureau each Thursday and Saturday and also each Wednesday in collaboration with Baby Zone at Blackburn Youth Zone.
