Discover how rappers turn random words, ideas and everyday experiences into rhythms, rhymes and stories.

Through a series of fun challenges, games and group activities, you’ll learn the building blocks of freestyle, develop your own bars and explore the techniques behind improvisation and performance.

Whether you’re a complete beginner, an aspiring MC, poet or spoken word artist, this session is all about creativity, confidence and finding your voice.

Expect live demonstrations, audience participation, writing exercises and plenty of opportunities to step up to the mic in a supportive and welcoming environment.

No experience necessary — just bring your imagination.
