Making Things

Hands on making across craft and manufacturing

The National Festival of Making presents an eclectic mix of making for everyone with Making Things providing a host of workshops to entertain and delight the whole family. Get stuck in for 10 minutes or stay for hours, working with expert makers who will introduce you to new skills.

Develop, build, make, create – new and fantastic things!

Experience making things with your own human hand and take part in uber cool Supermarche’s Pop up ‘Work/Shop’  under the guise of 3 young artist entrepreneurs, who prove that craft can be contemporary! Explore the upcoming programme to see what making experiences you can get involved in, whether it’s print making, handbuilding with clay or jewellery making, Making Things has something for everyone.
