2025 Festival Dates: 5 & 6 July

Leather Workshops with Diamond Awl

Students will try their hand at traditional stitching techniques and make a small leather item using high quality vegetable-tanned leather.

Personalise and make your item with your own choice of leather, thread colour and initials. Walk away with a new skill and your very own handmade item and see if this is your future calling! Diamond Awl are here to show you the way in this heritage craft skill.

During the workshop, you will get the opportunity to learn some traditional leather skills, including hand stitching, bevelling, burnishing and embossing.
