2025 Festival Dates: 5 & 6 July

Taste Lancashire Market

The Taste Lancashire market is brought to you by Marketing Lancashire, part of their national and international Taste Lancashire activity to champion Lancashire’s superb food and drink.

From Michelin starred restaurants and some of the country’s best dining pubs to producers and growers making award-winning products, Taste Lancashire promotes Lancashire as England’s tastiest county.

The Taste Lancashire market promises world-renowned gins from across the county, award winning cheeses, drinks made from flowers, as well as honey, fudge and other tasty treats from The Bee Centre. Add to that locally produced flavoured butters, preserves, cakes, sauces, pretzels and a range of treats from Bowland Food Hall and you have all the ingredients for a Lancashire feast. There’s also the chance to meet some of the people behind the artisan brands and listen to their stories in a series of Taste Lancashire talks and tasting sessions being run at 12pm, 2pm and 3pm each day. Don’t miss the food and drink market in King William Street to try, buy and take home a real taste of Lancashire. To find out more about Taste Lancashire go to visitlancashire.com
