Katie will show you how to create and make your very own bespoke pair of these gorgeous Jesmonite Terrazzo coasters whilst sharing her knowledge of the varied applications for Jesmonite as a maker.

Using Jesmonite AC100, an acryclic and resin-based material, you will learn how to mix Jesmonite and cast it into silicone moulds. Play and experiment with many different colour flecks to give the Jesmonite coasters your own individual take on the classic Terrazzo style. Solvent free and has no VOC’s (Volatile organic compounds) the materials has the bonus of being environmentally friendly, as well as a colourful delight!

While your coasters dry, talk to Katie about her work as a professional maker before the final stage; sanding and sealing your coasters ready to take home and use.
