Front Room Factories

Co-commissioned by Super Slow Way and The National Festival of Making, O Production’s Front Room Factories is an intimate and inspiring portrait of Lancashire’s home-based makers. Eight domestic creators invited Front Room Factories through their front doors, revealing an industry producing fusion pies, ceramics, cigar box guitars, African biscuits, petrol can lights, tableware, jewellery and more.

Created by

Including – ‘Blackburn to the Fore’, a choral arrangement of William Billington’s poem for Jamie Holman’s residency at Roach Bridge Tissues. Performed by the incomparable Blackburn People’s Choir.
