2025 Festival Dates: 5 & 6 July

Art in Manufacturing Talks

Each year, Art in Manufacturing pairs artists to work in residence with some of the North’s leading manufacturers.

The incredible outcomes of these residencies are shown in Blackburn each year in the town’s most historic and contemporary venues. Working with an artist influences new ways of doing things – in an already innovative space, the opportunity for experimentation and inquiry between artist and industry is limitless. Meet the exhibiting artists and hear a short talk with guest hosts.

Each talk will last approximately 20 minutes.
