DRIFT

Join Super Slow Way and singer-songwriter Matt Hill for a chat all about music in DRIFT – a newly designed pop-up audio studio.

Whether you’re a musician, gig-goer, or you just have a musical memory to share, they’ll be recording stories, songs and sounds to create a new track that will be shared after the Festival.

The Super Slow Way offers free, family-friendly activities all along the Leeds & Liverpool Canal in East Lancashire, from Blackburn to Pendle, from canoeing to growing projects and art and music!

DRIFT is a collaboration with Super Slow Way and Blackburn with Darwen Borough Council’s Young People’s Services.

The DRIFT structure is designed and fabricated by Sam Eadington, Ecaterina Stefanescu and Lee Ivett of OPD studio, with the support of the technical team at the University of Central Lancashire
