Make Your Own – Turn Plastic Waste into a Keychain!

For Relic Plastic, W*STE is a bad word, so they make long-lasting products out of the plastic items thrown in the bin. See how they take plastic waste destined for landfill and transform it into new and useful items.

Learn about their micro-manufacturing process and make your very own recycled plastic keychain to take home.

Relic Plastic recycles over a tonne of plastic every year by collecting, sorting, shredding and remaking into products for small businesses in the UK. They provide micro-manufacturing services to designers and makers in order to make their visions a reality both locally and sustainably using 100% recycled plastic.

This year Relic began producing sheets of recycled plastic for splashbacks, table tops and display stands. You can book a Foundry tour, or invite the team for school workshops, community projects and corporate workshops. You can get involved through the Plastic Bottle Top Project by collecting and hosting or joining a sorting party.
